Forever Young!?

When I was a kid, my parents’ friends asked me: “How old are you?”

Isn’t it strange that this question I have to answer when I am аt the doctor’s?

Nobody asked me: “How YOUNG are you?”

Nobody wants to get older, or look older!

Thanks God many years ago a genius doctor decided to do a face lift. Women were raving! Аt last forever young!

Not yet.

Even after face-lift surgery in 10-20 years we do not look young.

Time passed and a new technology was invented – liquid face-lift, which uses injectables known as dermal fillers.

Everybody heard about Botox, which helps to plump up and relax facial lines and wrinkles. Botox blocks the nerve impulses that cause muscle contractions. When injected into specific areas, it effectively relaxes the muscles that are responsible for making certain facial expressions; these repeated facial expressions contribute to the breakdown of collagen in certain areas, leading to deep creases and expression lines.

But what makes us look older?

Is it lines and wrinkles? Discoloration? Sagging skin?

Yes, it is a combination of all of these factors, but there is one major underlying cause that contributes to the sagging, lines, and wrinkles—a loss of fullness. So, loss of fullness is primarily responsible for aging our faces.

And here we are. We have facial fillers that make substantial contributions to our “loses” – liquid face-lift with dermal fillers.

A liquid face lift is the lifting, plumping, filling, smoothing, and/or re-contouring of the face through the use of injectable dermal fillers, such as Restylane, Perlane, Radiesse, Juvederm, etc. These products are produced in different ways using different materials, and their specific applications vary too. As part of the overall procedure, these products are often used in conjunction with each other and in addition to Botox.

With all the dermal fillers on the market, it can be quite confusing to determine which should be used when. Make your choice wisely with the professional, otherwise you will have a “Wax Museum” look like some celebrities. (Don’t want to offend anybody).

Today we have the 5th Generation of facial fillers.
